HR Recruiter/Admin

The HR Recruiter/Admin will report to the Country Head and work closely with the regional HR team to provide support to the India entity of Synpulse.

The Human Resources function plays a key role in Synpulse APAC's growth story and will continue to pave the way for the upcoming milestones.
As a Recruiter/Admin, you will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment process along with admin responsibilities. You will have the opportunity to meet various stakeholders to learn about the unique challenges that the function is facing in the consulting business.
Location: Pune
Roles and Responsibilities
  • End to end recruitment process from sourcing to final selection of candidate.
  • Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications.
  • Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job board like LinkedIn, Naukri, etc.  
  • Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process.
  • Point of contact regarding local HR matters and office operations.
  • Coordinating office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies.
  • Keep stock of office supplies and place orders when necessary.
  • Maintaining general office files, employee data files, vendor files, and other files related to the company’s operations.
  • Create and update records and databases with personnel, financial and other data.
  • Maintain knowledge of industry trends and make recommendations to Management.
  • Schedule and track meetings and appointments, and book flights and travel arrangements
  • Perform a variety of administrative duties, such as generating and distributing memos, letters, spreadsheets, forms, and faxes; and sorting and distributing incoming mail.
  • Bachelor’s degree (Preferably in human resource)
  • 2-5 years of relevant IT recruitment experience
  • Fluent in English language
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and conflict resolution skill
Proficient in Microsoft Office, Saba/Netsuite (Good to have
